How It Works | Free Home Visit for Curtains and Blinds Mumbai

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a home visit or using any service provided by Dekorzy Home Interior, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Our Services

Dekorzy provides custom curtain measurement, stitching and installation services across Mumbai. All services are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

3. Free Home Visit

Our home visit for measurement and fabric selection is provided at no charge. There is no obligation to place an order following the visit.

4. Orders and Payments

• All orders are confirmed only after a written or verbal agreement on price and fabric selection.
• Pricing is fixed at the time of order confirmation and will not change.
• Payment terms will be communicated clearly before any work begins.

5. Measurements and Custom Orders

All curtains are custom stitched to your window measurements. As these are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has commenced.

6. Installation

Installation is scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Our team will carry all necessary hardware. Any damage caused by our team will be rectified at no extra charge.

7. Post Installation Customer Service

We provide post installation customer service. Any issues arising after installation will be addressed at no additional cost.

8. Cancellations

Home visits may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 2 hours in advance. Orders in production cannot be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dekorzy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
